DVI数字视频接口的硬件设计

从阐述DVI接口的电气原理入手，分析了TMDS链路时钟同步与数据恢复的基本原理。以DVI接口中TMDS解码芯片与编码芯片工程应用的硬件设计为主要内容，就DVI接口在全彩色LED显示屏中的典型应用提供了实用的设计参数。从整体上，就DVI高速模拟数字混合硬件设计中的难点和关键技术进行了详尽解释，从信号完整性角度给出了在PCB设计阶段的经验法则和布线参数计算公式

Hardware Design of Digital Visual Interface

The main goal of this paper is to deal with many problems with the hardware design of the DVI.Firstly,the basic principle and electrical specification of hardware design of DVI are introduced to understand the Digital Visual Interface.Furthermore,the synchronization of clock and the recovering of data and control signals of the TMDS for display are analyzed.Then,the method of getting TMDS signals from a computer display adapter,which was compatible with the DDC2B,and some useful parameters were provided.It is further shown that the employ of DVI in the full color LED displays is available.The hardware design of DVI is a representative design of high speed mixture circuit.So,many useful experience and calculation formulas related with the signal integrity were discussed.In addition,the validation of them in the DVI hardware design is also well explained.This paper suggests some useful and substantial principles and parameters for the hardware design of DVI and provides important references to the data transmission in digital display fields.
