摘    要:主要研究采用响应面分析法优化超声辅助提取信阳毛尖脂溶性香味成分的提取工艺.在单因素实验基础上,选择提取功率、提取时间、提取温度为自变量,超声提取物的提取率为响应值,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,研究各自变量交互作用及其对提取率的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型.结果表明,最佳提取工艺条件为提取功率89.23W、提取时间31.38 min、提取温度25.19℃.该工艺条件下信阳毛尖超声提取物的理论提取率为3.777%,实测提取率为3.732%,回归模型预测与实际情况吻合良好.

Abstract:Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to optimize ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction technique of fat-soluble components from Xinyang Maojian tea in this paper.On the basis of single-factor test,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable(the extraction rate of ultrasound extracts) and independent variables(extraction power,extraction time,and extraction temperature) through Box-Benhnken center composite design and response surface methodology.Based on the results,the best extraction conditions were founded as follows: extraction power 89.23 W,extraction time 31.38 min,extraction temperature 25.19 ℃,extraction rate 3.777%.Under these conditions,the practical extraction rate of ultrasound extracts was 3.732%,indicating a good fitness of the regression model and the actual process.
