单发肺部炎性假瘤的CT影像学分析

目的探讨单发肿块型肺部炎性假瘤（IPT）的CT影像学特征。方法收集术后经病理及纤维镜活检证实的37例IPT患者的临床及CT资料,对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果①病灶位于肺的外围25例,其中宽基底伴邻近胸膜肥厚23例。②病灶形态不一（球形9例,方形或楔形14例,不规则形14例）,特征性表现（刀切征13例,桃尖征11例）。③密度不均匀26例,周围淡薄渗出35例,空气支气管征14例,血管纠集增粗,血管穿行于病灶之中,但未见中断14例;增强明显均匀持续强化12例。结论 IPT影像学表现多样,全面分析,综合CT影像新技术,有助于提高本病诊断的准确性。

CT Features of Single Mass-based Pulmonary Inflammatory Pseudotumor

Objective To evaluate the features of single mass-based pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor（IPT） on CT.Methods Thirty-seven cases of inflammatory pseudotumor that were diagnosed by pathology and fiber endoscopy were reviewed for the features of clinic and CT.Results ①The lesions were located around the periphery of the lung in 25 cases,Wide base of 23 cases with adjacent pleural thickening.②The lesions usually presented multiple appearances（9 cases of spherical,square or wedge-shaped in 14 cases,14 cases of irregular-shaped）,the characteristic performance（knife-levy sign in 13 cases,11 cases of peach-tip sign）.③The density of the lesions was nothomogeneous in 26 cases with peripheral weak leakage in 35 cases,14 cases of air bronchograms,vessels crossed the lesion among 14 cases but no push,12 were highly consistently enhanced.Conclusion IPT exhibits variable features on CT which tend to be hardly differentiated from other pulmonary diseases,but a comprehensive analysis of their characteristic features and integrated CT imaging of new technologies are helpful to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of this disease.
