二维与三维超声联合诊断胎儿畸形

摘    要:目的探讨二维与三维超声联合诊断胎儿畸形的应用价值。方法对231例经二维与三维超声联合诊断的畸形胎儿进行回顾性分析,并与引产和出生后随访结果相对照。结果胎儿体表畸形的联合超声诊断符合率高于单纯二维超声诊断符合率,且差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),尤其是肢体畸形两者有显著统计学差异(P〈0.01)。胎儿非体表畸形的联合超声诊断符合率与单纯二维超声诊断符合率比较无变化。结论三维超声是二维超声的重要补充,与二维超声联合应用可提高胎儿体表畸形的诊断率。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of the combination of two-dimensional ultrasound(2DUS) anct three-dimensional ultrasound(3DUS) in diagnosing of fetal malformation. Methods Analyzed retrospectively the 231 fetal malformation diagnosed by the combination of 2DUS and 3DUS,and compared by artificial labor and postnatal follow-up visit result. Results Combination of ultrasonic diagnose accordance rate of foetus body surface malformation were higher than that of simple 2DUS diagnose accordance rate,and both had statistics difference(P〈 0.05) ,especially the limb deformity had significant statistics difference(P〈0.01). Combination ultrasonic diagnose accordance rate of foetus nonbody surface malformation had no change to simple 2DUS diagnose accordance rate. Conclusion 3DUS is the important supplement to the 2DUS, both combination could elevate the diagnose rate in foetus body surface malformation.
