高速电主轴动态及热特性研究

摘    要:以高速加工中心用电主轴为研究对象,对其动态特性进行了仿真分析,得到其低阶频率和振型,为电主轴的稳定性研究提供了理论依据。同时,分析了转速、切削力和润滑方式等因素对电主轴温度的影响。

Abstract:In this paper,we researched a motor- ized spindle used in small electric machining cen- ter, simulated its dynamic characteristics, got the low frequency and vibration mode, provided a theo- retical base for the stability of motorized spindle. As well, researched the reasons which caused the temperature rise to the motorized spindle, such as the speed, cutting force, lubrication and other factors.
