| 摘 要： | 为了提高振冲施工机械的可靠性和可操作性,保障施工质量,设计了基于PLC的振冲机械无线控制系统.通过分析振冲施工技术及工艺特点,设计采用以CPU 224 CN为核心并与触摸屏、软启动器集成的无线控制系统,实现了对振冲制桩PLC系统的无线控制,对主要数据的采集与存储解决了150 kW大功率电机的启停控制问题,随后对PLC软件模块进行了阐述,就控制和数据处理中的关键算法进行了分析,提供了部分程序片段的详细介绍.

| Abstract: | The wireless control system based on PLC is designed for enhancing the reliability and maneuverability of vibro construction machinery. The system also ensures the quality of vibro construction. After introducing the vibro technique and its characteristic,a control system which cored as CPU224 PLC is developed. By integrated touch screen and softer starter, the system which supports wireless control could safely collect and storage the crucial data about vibro process. At same time,the start-stop problem of 150 kW motor is solved. Then the framework of software is introduced and the detail of some key arithmetic and program is given. |
