摘    要:本文基于二端口网络理论和Matlab软件,分析了基本共射放大电路的全频段交流性能参数,得到全频段的电压增益、输出相位和输入输出阻抗的频率响应曲线。EWB仿真验证了晶体管的GP模型在稳态和线性的计算条件下,可等效为混合π模型,仿真结果也验证了理论分析的正确性。本文是探索研究型教学的一次尝试。

Abstract:Based on two ports network theory and Matlab program, this paper analyzes the AC performance parameters for common-emitter amplifiers under the full frequency bands, and obtains the full frequency response curves of voltage gain, output phase, input impedance and output impedance. It is proved that Gummel-poon model of BJTs can be simplified to hybrid-π model of BJTs under the conditions of steadystate and linearity. In addition, EWB simulation also proves theoretical analysis results. This paper is helpful for research teaching activities.
