| 摘 要： | 针对科研项目立项评审的特点,建立了基于博弈论-VIKOR法的科研项目立项评审模型。目的在于提高定性指标定量化处理的科学性,并通过具体科研项目评审实例描述该方法的运用过程。表明了该方法具有科学性、有效性与可操作性。
