真空型康普顿探测器γ灵敏度的M. C模拟计算与实验研究

摘    要:根据真空型康普顿探测器的结构及其工作原理,对其γ射线灵敏度进行M.C模拟计算,并和实验标定结果进行比较,两者在不确定度范围内符合得很好.通过实验校准后的M.C模型,可以拓展到探测器γ能量响应曲线的计算.该工作为获取真空型康普顿探测器可靠的γ射线灵敏度以及γ能量响应提供了一条经济适用的技术途径.

Abstract:Based on the structure and detecting principle of vacuum diode detector, the γ-ray sensitivity is obtained by Monte Carlo calculation and contrasted by the experiment resuh. The result from calculation is contrasted by that form experiment, and both are according with each other within measurement uncer-tainty. Verified by experiment result, the Monte Carlo model can also calculate γ-ray energy response of vacuum diode detector. The study work offers an economical and practical method to obtain γ-ray sensi-tivity and energy response of vacuum diode detector.
