摘    要:定子片精密冲模在设计和工艺制造上的不适当,以致造成阴阳模粘接结构发自下而上这重新确定应用环氧型结构胶,粘接工艺和修改冲模粘接结构,完好地修复冲模,冲制出的定子片性能达到技术要求。

Abstract:Improper design and technological manufacturing process of a precision stator blade punching die could result in damage occuring in the adhesive-bonded structure of the male/female part of the die.In this article an art is presented for renomating the damage die which involves using eposy-type structural adhesive,applying a new bonding technology and improving the bonded structure.By applying this art,the damage die can be perfectly renovated.Stator blades obtained from the renewed die have proved to be fully qualified with their properties meeting all the technical requirements.
