| 摘 要： | 对曲线自动焊机的研制方案进行对比,选择了机械靠模仿型式跟踪方案,并对其基本原理作了论述。经自动 TIG 焊接生产证明,焊缝质量优良,焊接成品率为95%,焊接生产率为1件/min。若对本机作些修改,适用于各种曲线焊件的自动焊。

| Abstract: | The developing schemes of curve auto-welding machine are compared,the cop- ying tracking method is selected and its principle is describled in this paper.This machine can be used for TIG welding and welding more curve joints if some parts changed.The good welding joint, high productiveness (1P/min) & high quality product (95%) will be got if this machine is used. |
