摘    要:结合空间一维可展开桁架结构特点,基于四象限探测器光斑中心位置检测原理,提出以准直激光束为测量基准的空间一维可展开桁架结构精度测量方法.应用该方法可以实现对空间一维可展开桁架各构架单元的扭转角、横向偏移量、纵向偏移量及桁架直线度装配精度的测量.提出四象限探测器二维平面标定方法,将探测器的工作范围扩大到3 mm×3 mm,探测器的测量精度提高到0.05 mm.运用设计的基于四象限探测器的激光准直测量方法对空间一维可展开桁架进行了精度测量实验,得到桁架各刚性框架的最大扭转角为0.133 3°,最大横向偏移量为1.200 8 mm,最大纵向偏移量为1.299 3 mm,桁架的直线度误差为1.090 6 mm,验证了所提出的空间一维可展开桁架精度测量方法的有效性.

Abstract:Considering the structural characteristics of space one-dimensional deployable truss,a precision measurement method for the space one-dimensional deployable truss structure is presented.The measurement method is based on spot center position detection principle of quadrant detector,and collimated laser beam is used as Measuring Datum.Using this method,the torsional angle,lateral deviation,vertical deviation of each truss bay in the truss and the truss straightness can been measured.Two-dimensional plane calibration method of the quadrant detector is presented,and working range of the quadrant detector is enlarged to 3 mm×3 mm,measuring accuracy of the quadrant detector is improved to 0.05 mm.Precision of the space one-dimensional deployable truss is measured based on quadrant detector.The maximal torsional angle of the truss bay is measured to be 0.133 3°,the maximal lateral deviation and vertical deviation of the truss bay are 1.200 8 mm and 1.099 3 mm respectively,and the truss straightness is measured to be 1.090 6 mm.The precision measurement test of the space one-dimensional deployable truss verifies the effectiveness of the method presented.
