| 摘 要： | 社会主义荣辱观是社会主义价值观的集中体现，也是社会主义核心价值体系的基础，其践行的意旨就在于建设创新型国家，构建和谐社会。以史为鉴，践行社会主义荣辱观的文化之道，重在文化教育机理的健全，重在文化创新及其创新文化的诉求，重在与市场经济相适应的文化产业发展与文化事业繁荣，重在文化生产力的解放，重在与时俱进造就和谐文化环境。

| Abstract: | The socialist view on honor and disgrace embodies the socialist value and it is the foundation of socialist core value system. The practice of socialist view on honor and disgrace is to build and innovative nation and construct a harmonious society. Learning from history, this practice depends on strengthening educational mechanism, pursing innovative conlture, developing cultural industry that fits the market economy, liberating productivity liberation, and forming a the harmonious conltural environment that keeps pace with times. |
