摘    要:采用传统的陶瓷工艺制备了MnZn功率铁氧体,研究了预烧工艺对预烧料的磁化率和振实密度的影响,并在此基础上,探讨了预烧温度对烧结样品微观结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,升温速度和保温时间对预烧料的磁化率和振实密度的影响都很小,预烧温度对其起决定性作用。当预烧温度从700℃提高至1 000℃时,预烧料的磁化率提高了近10倍,振实密度提高约20%。当预烧温度为900℃时,所得MnZn功率铁氧体具有良好的烧结微观结构和最低的功率损耗。

Abstract:MnZn power ferrite was prepared using conventional ceramic technology.The effects of pre-sintering process on magnetisability and tap density of pre-sintering powder were studied.And on this basis,the influences of pre-sintering temperature on microstructure and magnetic properties of MnZn power ferrite were investigated.The results show that the heating rate and soaking time contribute little to magnetisability and tap density,the pre-sintering temperature plays a decisive role on the final properties.When pre-sintering temperature increases from 700 ℃ to 1000 ℃,the magnetisability of the pre-sintering powder increases nearly tenfold,and the tap density enhances by about 20%.It also shows that uniform microstructure and low power loss are obtained in MnZn power ferrite with a pre-sintering temperature of 900 ℃.
