适合高硬度高碱度水的复合缓蚀阻垢剂的研制

针对高硬度、高碱度水,通过阻垢性能实验,筛选出阻碳酸钙、阻磷酸钙、阻锌效果均较好的共聚物及与其复配的缓蚀阻垢剂,再通过缓蚀性能实验确定基本配方,最后通过动态模拟评价,试管平均腐蚀速率为0.0073mm/a,试管粘附速率为5.72mcm,试管污垢热阻为0.17×10-4m2·h·℃/kJ。评价结果表明,该缓蚀阻垢剂阻垢缓蚀效果显著,试管平均腐蚀率、粘附速率、污垢热阻均达到中国石化小型动态模拟评价的“很好”级标准,非常适合高硬度、高碱度水质。

RESEARCH ON MULTIPLE CHEMICALS APPLICABLE TO WATER WITH HARDNESS AND HIGH ALKALINITY

The make-up water for circulation water system of PetroChina Jinxi Company is with high concentration of hardness and alkalinity. Some chemicals with good inhibition performance for Ca-CO3, Ca3(PO4)2 and Zn were screened out through scale inhibition test. Then a basic formula was made through corrosion inhibition test. At last, a multiple chemical formula with optimum ratio the average tube corrosion rate is 0. 007 3 mm/a; the tube adherence rate is 5. 72 mcm; the tube dirtiness resistance is 0. 17×10-4m2·h·℃kJ. The evaluation result shows the Multiple Water Stabilizer A-gent has good scale and corrosion inhibition performance. The average tube corrosion rate, adherence rate and dirtiness resistance are all up to the "very good" standard of Lab Dynamic Simulation Evaluation Criteria of CNPC. that this kind of chemical is applicable to the water with high concentration of hardness.
