摘    要:对中国石油独山子石化公司生产的牌号为LL 0209 AA(试样1),DFDA 7042(试样2)的线性低密度聚乙烯农膜树脂的生产工艺、原料物性、加工性能及制品性能进行了对比。结果表明,试样1与试样2均可用于农用地膜的生产;试样1的拉伸强度及撕裂强度高于试样2;试样2较试样1易于加工,生产能耗低,并且产品外观好。

Abstract:Comparison of production process, material property, processing property and film performance of linear low - density polyethylene agricultural film grade resins LL 0209 AA ( sample 1 ) and DFDA 7042 ( sample 2) which were produced in Dushanzi Petrochemical Company. The results showed that sample 1 and sample 2 could be used for agricultural film. The tensile strength and tear strength of sample 1 was better than that of sample 2. Sample 2 was more easy to be processed and had lower energy consumption and better appearance than that of sample 1.
