攀钢板坯连铸结晶器内流场的水力学模拟研究

摘    要:采用水力学模拟方法研究攀钢板坯连铸结晶器内流场,分析浸入式水口结构尺寸、塞棒吹Ar量和拉速等工艺参数对连铸结晶器内钢液流动状况的影响,在此基础上优选出适合攀钢板坯连铸工艺的浸入工水口结构尺寸及相关参数。

Abstract:The fluid flow field in the mold of slab continuous caster at Pangang was investigated by means of water model.The effects of technical parameters,such as the structure and size of submerged entry nozzle,argon flow rate through stopper,and casting speed etc ,on the fluid flow pattern in the mold were analyzed. Based on results obtained,the structure and size of submerged entry nozzle ,and related technical parameters suitable for slab continuous casting process were optimized.
