摘    要:某地铁车站深基坑施工过程中,基坑北侧建筑物产生了明显的不均匀沉降,且整体沉降较大。对不同施工阶段基坑临近建筑物沉降进行监测,分析引起建筑物沉降的原因,介绍了施工过程中应的一些应对措施。通过监测分析发现:建筑物沉降是各种综合因素引起的,施工中各个环节都应该予以控制;高压旋喷桩施工对建筑物沉降影响较大;基坑开挖过程中应严格控制地下连续墙变形,及时附加预应轴力,合理控制基坑及建筑物周边降水量。
