| 摘 要： | 本文运用流体网络理论结合液压伺服系统对电液伺服控制系统进行了分析研究，通过仿真研究伺服阀前的压力脉动情况，分析了蓄能器对衰减压力脉动的效果以及压力脉动对液压系统控制精度的影响。

| Abstract: | Electrohydraulic servo control system was investigated using fluid net and hydraulic servo control system.The pressure pulsation before the servovalve of electrohydraulic was researched by simulation.The effect was analyzed of accumulator filter on the attenuation of pressure pulsation,as well as pressure pulsation on the control precision of hydraulic system. |
