涤纶短纤维卷绕丝内在质量均匀性影响因素探讨

摘    要:阐述了涤纶短纤维卷绕丝内在质量均匀性的重要性,分析了纺丝过程中影响原丝质量均匀性的主要因素,从纺丝温度、冷却风风速、组件初始压力、纺丝速度等方面提出了工艺优化的方案。选择纺丝温度为288℃、冷却风风速3.3m/s,控制组件初始压力10.5~11.0MPa及组件周期30d,生产的涤纶短纤维卷绕丝的断裂伸长率、断裂强度和纤度的不匀率、断面不匀率均较低。

Abstract:The importance of inherent quality evenness of polyester tow is studied. The main factors to influence the quality evenness during the spinning are analyzed. The scheme of process optimization of spinning temperature, quench air velocity, initial pressure of spin pack and spinning speed etc is put forward. The process parameters of spinning temperature 288 ℃, quench air velocity 3.3 m/s, initial pressure of spin pack 10.5~11.0 MPa and life time of spin pack 30 days are selectes. The uneveness of breaking strength, breaking elongation, titer and cross section are lower.
