内啮合齿轮泵流场的数值模拟

摘    要:采用Fluent的动网格技术,对内啮合齿轮泵内部流场进行了二维非定常计算,得到了内啮合齿轮泵在不同工况下的流场特性。结果表明内啮合齿轮泵无困油现象,泵转速提高会使压力过渡区相邻两齿之间的压差增大。

Abstract: The two dimensional unsteady internal flow field of the internal gear pump is simulated by the moving grid technology of Fluent. The flow characteristics of the internal gear pump under different operating conditions are gotten. The results show that the trapped oil phenomenon does not exist in internal gear pumps, and the pressure difference between two adjacent teeth of pressure transition zone becomes larger with the increase of the pump rotary speed.
