| 摘 要： | 合浦县农村总人口83.78万人,饮水不安全的人口有39.43万人,占全县农村人口的47.06%.造成农村饮水不安全的主要原因：一是苦咸水影响;二是污染水影响;三是季节性缺水;四是受地形条件限制,饮水方便程度不达标.针对存在的问题,通过合理调配水资源,按统筹规划、因地制宜、分散建设,集中供水,统一管理,统筹发展的原则进行建设,是完全可以解决合浦县农村饮水安全问题的.

| Abstract: | Hepu county has a rural population of 837800, of which 47.06%, or 39430 persons still have no safe drinking water. The reasons for this problem mainly include: 1. influence of bitter or salty water; 2. influence of polluted water; 3. seasonal water shortage; 4. limit of geographical conditions make drinking water convenience degree not up to standard. The rural drinking water safety problem of Hupu county shall be solved by rationally regulating and distributing water resources, overall planning, adjusting measures to local conditions, disperse construction, central supply, unitary management and overall development. |
