| Abstract: | Calculation of a waveguide structure for the SHF and EHF microwave range using a relativistic approach is described. The influence of the finite conductivity of the surface of screened waveguide structures on their electric properties is considered. The results obtained using the proposed approach are compared to those provided by perturbative method. |
