| Abstract: | In this paper, mathematical statistics, analysis and comparative study on journals class periodical are introduced by literature theory and metering. The position of journals class periodical in science-technical periodical is explicated. The reasons and background about the position are discussed, and suggestions on the development of journals class periodical and science-technical periodical are propounded. |
