| 摘 要： | 历史文化名城中古城区的交通问题已经成为急需研究的重要课题。在分析西安城市交通存在问题的基础上,对古城保护和交通改善的协调关系进行了探讨,提出了西安古城区的交通发展战略。分别从城市道路网、轨道交通、公共交通、停车设施建设四个方面对古城交通发展提出合理的建议,指出城市交通应该从提高道路资源的利用率上下功夫,为西安古城风貌的保护提供保障。
