饱和蒸汽发电技术在废热利用系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍饱和蒸汽发电技术在金隆闪速炉-转炉铜冶炼装置废热利用系统中的应用。原设计采用过热蒸汽发电,背压蒸汽减温减压后供0.6 MPa蒸汽管网,多余放空,另用燃煤锅炉生产1.6MPa蒸汽供生产用。冶炼装置废热未得到很好的利用,装置运行费用很高。改造后采用KKK单级饱和蒸汽发电机组发电,由1台闪速炉和 3台转炉废热锅炉产生的饱和蒸汽(3.8MPa)一部分用于发电,另一部分减压后供1.6 MPa蒸汽管网,出发电机组的背压蒸汽供0.6 MPa蒸汽管网。该系统废热利用合理,不仅满足了全厂蒸汽需要,而且创造了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Application of power generation technology with saturated steam in waste heat utilization system of Jin-glong' s flush furnace-converter copper smelting plant is described. In original design, power was generated with supperheat steam and backpressure steam was fed into 0. 6 MPa steam net after temperature and pressure reduction. Another coal-fired boiler was installed to raise 1. 6 MPa steam for process use. The waste heat from smelters was not utilized fully and operation cost was high. In transformation of the system, a KKK single-stage power generator driven by saturated steam was installed. A portion of saturated steam at 3. 8 MPa from one flush smelting waste heat boiler and three converter waste heat boilers was fed into generator with the backpressure steam supplied to 0. 6 MPa steam net and the balance was supplied, after pressure reduction, to 1. 6 MPa steam net. Waste heat was reasonably utilized to meet process demand for steam with good benefits.
