摘    要:叶轮式搅拌反应器有很广泛的应用 ,其内部的流动是很复杂的三维流动 ,该文应用计算流体力学方法对搅拌反应器内流体的三维流动进行了计算机数值模拟 ,在分析计算中采用了移动网格技术 ,这种方法不需要实验数据辅助 ,通过与实验结果的对比 ,可以看出 ,计算结果与实验结果有很好的一致性 ,使用计算流体力学方法也可以直接计算出流体的流动形态 ,这可以使我们更好的理解搅拌反应器内复杂的流动情况 ,为搅拌反应器的设计制造提供了有效的参考手段

Abstract:Inpellar type agitating reactoe has very wide range of application.Its internal flow is complicated three dimensional flow.By means of computational fluid machanics method,the computer numerical scimulate of three dimensional flow of agitating reactor internal flow is conducted.The shifting gride technology is adopted in analytical calculation.This method demands no experimental data assistance.By mean of comparison with experimental results,it can be found that the experimental result and calculation result are very identical.The flow situation of fluid may be calculated disectly by use of computational fluid mechanics method.The internal complication flow of agitating reactor can be better understood.Effective reference method is given for the design of agitating reactor.
