摘    要:详细阐述了智能化的微机保护装置将母差保护和失灵保护一体化配置的优越性,并结合RCS-915系列母差保护实际装置多种失灵保护启动方式的对比分析,提出一种可靠性强,二次接线简单,运行方式灵活,可以在不增加电流互感器一次设备情况下实现的母差保护和失灵保护双重化方案。

Abstract:This paper introduces the m icroprocessor- based protection set which com bined with bus protection and breaker fail protection,and explains its advantages in detail.Through com paring and analyzing the various starting modes of breaker fail protection in RCS- 915 protection series,a duplex protection scheme for bus protection and breaker fail protection without additional current transformer is presented,which has strong reliability,sim plified wire linking and flexible operating mode.
