摘    要:大量研究结果和实验数据显示,铁电材料与器件具有极强的抗辐射能力,在军事和空间领域具有广阔的应用前景,因此铁电材料及其器件的抗辐射能力与机理研究日益受到关注.首先综述了国内外关于铁电材料的核辐射效应研究最新进展,在此基础上对其核辐射效应微观机理进行了分析和讨论,指出了铁电材料在抗辐射领域的发展趋势和研究方向.

Abstract:Based on lots of research achievements and experimental data, ferroelectric material and devices exhibit good properties under nuclear radiation conditions. Since they have potential applications in military and space area, the radiation effects and mechanism of ferroelectric material and devices are more and more attractive at present. The new research developments on nuclear radiation effects of ferroelectric material are reviewed firstly in this paper, and then the mechanism of nuclear radiation effects is analyzed and discussed. Finally, the research trend and prospect of ferroelectric material in the area of anti-radiation are presented.
