摘    要:大型变压器用连续换位导线(CTC)能有效地降低负载损耗,用自粘性的CTC还能增强变压器的抗突发短路能力。多年来在低压绕组上广泛运用的网套CTC更有效地发挥了其上述的优越性。依据ABB公司多年来使用CTC的经验.从理论和实践上较详细地对CTC的特点作了阐述,旨在证实各种CTC在大型变压器上具有广泛的运用前景。还列举了对CTC的质量要求并加以说明,供用户参考。

Abstract:To use continuous transposed conductor (CTC) on large transformer can reduce bad loss efficiently, and CTC with self-adhesion can also increase the ability of anti - short circuit of transformer. The above - mentioned superiority of CTC with net used in low voltage winding for many years has been more developed efficiently. According to the experiences of using CTC for years by ABB, the characteristics of CTC were elaborated in detail from theory and practice, which confirmed the prospect of extensive utilization for various CTCs on large transformer. The quality requirements for CTC are enumerated and explained for user reference.
