| 摘 要： | 简述了植物甾醇的生理活性以及在医药、食品和轻化工业的应用,概述了国内外塔罗油中植物甾醇提取与精制技术的研究与开发进展,讨论了塔罗油中植物甾醇提取与精制的主要技术方法.在此基础上,针对我国造纸工业副产品塔罗油尚未得到合理、高附加值利用的实际情况,提出了塔罗油中植物甾醇提取与精制技术的相关建议.

| Abstract: | This paper gives a depiction of physiological function of phytosterol and its application in medicine, food and chemical ngineering,summarizes the research progress of phytosterol, discusses some main popular technologies for the extraction and refining of phytosterol, andfinally suggests to utilize the tall oil of pulping industry as raw material to produce phytosterol in China. |
