燃料电池智能在线巡回检测系统

摘    要:本文介绍了一种智能在线巡回检测燃料电池单池电压电流的系统,利用单片机设计了种智能巡回检测系统,分析了硬件与软件的设计思路。该系统基于常见的TLP521-2实现了精确的线性光隔,从而代替了精密线性光耦合器LOC110和LOC111。实验证明这种结构简单的电路具有测量精度高和良好的线性隔离检测能力,重复使用性可靠,系统成本低并且具显示报警和与上位机通信能力.

Abstract:The paper states a aptitude itinerate detect system with ingle-chip Microcomputer A new methodology of detecting system which application realize linearization photoelectric isola-tor for single fuel battery is introduced and analyzed in this pa-per, TLP521-2 can be used to replace the precision linear pho-toelectric isolator LOC110 or LOC111 in isolating DC voltage. Analyses its hardware and software. The experiment proves that the system offers many virtues such as simple structure, high measuring precision, reliable repeatability fine linearity and low cost and this system has warning and communication with PC.
