摘    要:
根据裹包机的伺服系统控制精度较差的问题,提出由DSP实现的四个模糊控制器组成的全数字、高动态性能的凸轮定位差动器的交流伺服系统,采用空间矢量PWM调制器,仿真和实验结果是完全一致的.该系统的主要优点是研究时间缩短,且不需明确的数学模型.

Abstract:
The DSP implementation of a fully fuzzy controlled servo system of the cam fixed position differential device of packing machine was proposed to solve the problem of poor stable precision in AC Servo system of packing machine. Both simulation and experimental results were of excellent agreement. It is a major advantage of this system that the development time significantly reduced and the need for explicit induction motor drive models is eliminated.
