热处理对ZG34Cr2Ni2Mo低合金钢力学性能的影响

摘    要:采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子万能试验机和显微硬度仪等研究了正火+回火+调质热处理工艺对ZG34Cr2Ni2Mo低合金钢显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:正火(870℃×3 h)+回火(600℃×5 h)+调质(淬火860℃×3 h+回火600℃×5 h)的热处理工艺有助于提高ZG34Cr2Ni2Mo低合金钢的力学性能,常温和400℃高温下,其抗拉强度分别提高了24%和16%;400℃高温下伸长率是原始铸态的2.25倍,硬度提高了8%;常温的断口形貌显示,断口由铸态时的韧窝断裂,经热处理后变为解理断裂。

Abstract:Effects of normalizing plus tempering plus quenching and tempering heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG34 Cr2 Ni2 Mo low alloy steel were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscopy,electronic universal testing machine and microhardness tester.The results show that the heat treatment process of normalizing(870℃×3 h)plus tempering(600℃×5 h)plus quenching and tempering(quenching at 860℃for 3 h and then tempering at 600℃for 5 h)can improve the mechanical properties of the ZG34 Cr2 Ni2 Mo low alloy steel,and at room temperature and 400℃,the tensile strength increases by 24%and 16%,respectively.The elongation at high temperature of 400℃of the steel after heat treatment is 2.25 times that of the as-cast steel,and the hardness increases by 8%.The fracture surface morphology at room temperature shows that the fracture made of the steel changes from dimple fracture in as-cast state to cleavage fracture after heat treatment.
