摘    要:针对飞机大修车间的感知能力不足、决策实时性差、动态响应能力不足等问题,提出一种知识驱动的飞机大修数字孪生车间主动管控方法,并设计了一种实现框架。在此基础上,详细阐述了知识驱动的飞机大修数字孪生车间主动管控框架中的关键技术,包括飞机大修物理车间智能资源配置、飞机大修虚拟车间建模与仿真、大修车间管控知识库构建、基于知识的主动管控策略等。将所提方法应用于某飞机零部件大修车间的运行管控中,结果表明,所提方法能够使车间资源利用率更加均衡,并有效缩短大修周期,降低大修成本。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of weak perception,poor real-time decision-making and insufficient dynamic response ability in the aircraft overhaul shop-floor,a proactive management and control method and implementation framework for digital twin enabled aircraft overhaul shop-floor was proposed and designed.On this basis,the key technologies including intelligent resource configuration in the aircraft overhaul shop-floor,aircraft overhaul virtual shop-floor modeling and simulation,overhaul shop-floor management and control knowledge library construction,knowledge-based proactive control strategy in implementation framework were further elaborated.The proposed method was applied to the operation control of the aircraft parts shop-floor.The result suggests that the proposed method can make the utilization of shop-floor resources more balanced,and effectively shorten the overhaul cycle and reduce the overhaul cost.
