露天矿设备故障管理信息系统的应用研究

随着露天矿山生产设备的大型化和多样化,设备的故障管理在实际生产当中需要定性和定量分析。从露天矿设备故障管理的需要出发,研究设备故障信息的采集和输入方式,结合故障数据对设备运行效率进行分析研究,从而实现设备运行的分析统计以及故障规律挖掘。通过应用于露天矿设备故障管理信息系统中,为露天矿设备考核评价、运行效率分析和设备保养维修提供参考依据。

The Application on Management Information System of Equipment Failure in Open-pit Mine

With the production equipment of open-pit mine increasingly become large-scale and diversification,the failure management of equipments in practical production requires qualitative and quantitative analysis.Considering the requirement of equipment failure management in open-pit,the collection and input methods of equipment failure information are studied.After analysising efficiency of equipment operation by the failure data,the statistical analysis of the equipment operation and the failure law is accomplished.The result can be applied to the management information system of equipment failure,which provides the reference for the equipment evaluation,operation efficiency analysis and equipment maintenance in the open-pit mine.
