摘    要:红透山铜锌矿开采深度超过千米,多中段同时生产、集中出矿。由于放矿落差大,在溜井放矿作业时往往产生大量的粉尘,严重污染区域环境,进而污染了中段的风源。经过长期的防尘实践和技术攻关,总结出一套"卸压"、"封堵"、"抽排"、"除尘"、"隔离控制"、"风源净化"全时段系统性的综合治理技术方案,解决了出矿的粉尘污染、使污风净化达标排放,并增加了有效入风量,取得了可观经济、社会效益,在类似生产条件下具有借鉴推广价值。

Abstract:The mining depth of the Hongtoushan Copper-zinc Mine is more than 1000 meters.The ore is produced and concentrated in multi levels at the same time.Because of the big gap of ore drawing,there is so much dust in chute ore operations.The regional environment is seriously contaminated.Furthermore it contaminated the middle of the wind source.After the long-term dustproof practice and technology research,summed up a set of comprehensive management of technology program,such as relief,block,drainage,dust,quarantine control,depuration and so on,the problem of mine dust pollution is solved,and polluted air is purified and reaches its discharging standards.The effective inlet air is increased.This technology helps to gain considerable economic and social benefits,and it can be applied in similar conditions.
