太阳能热水器自动控制系统设计

摘    要:太阳能热水器作为三大热水器之一,因其无污染、使用方便、长期投入成本低等特点,而越来越受到人们的青睐,但与之配套的控制器却还一直处于研究和开发阶段,为解决水温水位的自动控制问题,提出了以西门子LOGO!为控制核心。结合水温水位传感变送技术。设计了具有水温水位控制的太阳能热水器自动控制系统,该自动控制系统不仅可全天候不间断提供热水,而且具有防止空烧和高低水温水位报警功能;实践证明,该热水器可提供0~99℃的水温自动调节和20%~100%水位自动控制功能,能满足家庭和工业环境的实际应用。

Abstract:To solve the problem of control the temperature and the level of water automatic, with water temperature sensor for sensing technology, automatic control system for Solar Water Heater based on seimens LOGO! is designed. The automatic control system can not only provide hot water day and night, but also have functions of prevent no water burning, high and low temperature and level of water warning. Practice has proved that the water heater can provide 0-99 C water temperature automatically adjust and 20%- 100% water level control functions, can meet family and industrial environmental applications.
