近距离煤层群综放开采区段煤柱稳定性研究

摘    要:为解决龟兹矿业5号与3号近距离煤层重复采动影响下区段煤柱失稳难题,利用模拟试验结合工业性试验的研究手段,探究了区段煤柱在重复采动作用下的应力演化规律和区段煤柱尺寸因素作用下的围岩应力分布情况,阐释了区段煤柱宽度因素作用下巷道围岩损坏及位移规律。结果表明:近距离煤层重复采动作用下,设计煤柱宽度超过6 m有利于提高区段煤柱稳定性。研究成果在龟兹矿业进行了工程应用,对A502运输巷围岩变形情况进行了实测,实测结果验证了研究成果的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of pillar stability in A501 section under the influence of multiple mining in No.5 and No.3 close seams of Qiuci Mine Industry,the stress evolution law of pillar under the influence of multiple mining and the influence law of pillar mining in different width sections were analyzed by combining numerical simulation with engineering practice,and the surrounding rock deformation of roadway under different pillar width was obtained.And the law of plastic zone development.The results showed that the stability of the coal pillar is better when the width of the coal pillar is greater than 6 m under the influence of multiple mining in the close coal seam.The research results have been applied in engineering in Qiuci Mine Industry.The deformation of surrounding rock in A502 downstream trench has been measured and analyzed.The validity of the research results has been verified by the measured results.
