内排土场几何参数对端帮稳定性的影响

摘    要:为了研究当露天矿山的剥离量不能保证内排土场及时跟进采场的进度,不同的排土方案对端帮稳定性的影响。先从理论上分析了内排土场压帮原理和时效边坡微观机理下的临界破坏准则,并结合内蒙古某露天煤矿为研究对象,采用数值模拟方法,建立不同的模型,分析了不同几何参数下的内排土场对端帮稳定性的影响程度。结果表明:当剥离量不足、不能保证矿山内排土场的跟进,常规排弃方案致使坑底宽度越来越大时,内排土场排弃顺序应在满足露天矿坑底最小宽度的安全前提下,优先满足最下部台阶的排弃,能更好地提高端帮的稳定性,进一步保证矿山的安全生产。

Abstract:In order to study the stripping amount of the open-pit mine cannot guarantee the progress of the inner dumping site to follow up the stope in time and the impact of different dumping schemes on the stability of the end slab.First,it theoretically was analyzed the principle of internal dump pressure and the critical failure criterion under the micro-mechanism of the aging slope,which was combined with an open-pit coal mine in Inner Mongolia as the research object,used numerical simulation methods,established different models,and analyzed different geometric parameters the degree of influence of the lower inner dump on the stability of the end slab.The results showed that:when the amount of stripping was insufficient and the follow-up of the dump in the mine could not be guaranteed,and the width of the pit bottom was increasing due to the conventional disposal plan,the disposal sequence of the inner dump should meet the safety of the minimum width of the open pit bottom.Under the premise,priority was given to the disposal of the lowest step,which could better improve the stability of the end siding and further ensured the safe production of the mine.
