基于高强锚注支护技术的巷道稳定性研究

摘    要:为了对巷道进行有效支护,研究了高强锚注支护对巷道稳定性的研究,分析了高强锚注支护系统,主要是对新型中空注浆锚索、中空注浆锚杆、水泥注浆添加剂以及施工设备的分析。采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析了不同锚注条件下塑性区、应力分布,并进行了现场试验。研究得出,高强锚注支护能够有效控制巷道围岩。

Abstract:In order to support the roadway effectively,this paper studied the stability of the roadway with high-strength bolt grouting support,to analyzethe high-strength bolt grouting support system,mainly to analyze the new hollow grouting anchor cable,hollow grouting bolt,cement grouting additive and construction equipment.By using FLAC3D numerical simulation software,the plastic zone and stress distribution under different anchoring and grouting conditions were analyzed,and field tests were carried out.The results showed that high strength bolt grouting supporting can effectively control the surrounding rock of roadway.
