| 摘 要： | 针对煤矿井下快速机械化掘进大断面巷道后喷浆支护工艺落后与装备落后、施工效率低等问题，分析了煤矿行业发展趋势，根据实际工况的要求，设计了一种自动上料喷浆工艺方法与系统装备，即以液压为主驱动力的煤矿专用喷浆机组。经过现场验证，该系统装备是一种井下巷道内实施大方量喷浆连续作业的液压自动化装备，适应未来高速开拓巷道发展需求，节约了传统的人工岗位，提高了工作效率，减少了粉尘对人身职业危害，提高了煤矿施工安全性和效益。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problems of backward shotcrete support technology and equipment and low construction efficiency in rapid mechanized driving of large section roadway in underground coal mine，this paper analyzed the development trend of coal mine industry，and designed an automatic feeding shotcreting technology method and system equipment according to the requirements of actual working conditions，that is，a special coal mine shotcreting unit with hydraulic driving force as the main driving force.After field verification，the system equipment is a kind of hydraulic automation equipment which implements large amount of continuous shotcreting operation in the underground tunnel.It adapts to the development demand of the future high-speed development of the tunnel，saves the traditional manual posts，improves the working efficiency，reduces the personal and occupational hazards of dust，and enhances the safety and efficiency of coal mine construction. |
