赵固一矿北翼盘区底板支护技术研究

摘    要:赵固一矿北翼盘区巷道埋深大、冲积层厚、基岩薄、地压大、矿压显现剧烈。目前矿井采深已达到650 m左右,随着开采深度逐渐增加,矿山压力显现随之增大,而且底板多为软岩,造成巷道底鼓问题日趋突出,增加大量巷道维护工作量,严重制约着赵固一矿的安全生产。针对赵固一矿巷道底鼓的产生机理及底鼓类型进行总结的基础上,对巷道底鼓防治方法进行研究,并通过工程实例对底板鸟笼锚索+底板注浆支护方法控制底鼓进行实验。通过矿压观测对比分析不同防治底鼓方法,底板鸟笼锚索+底板注浆支护能从根本上解决赵固一矿北翼地区底鼓现象。研究对于赵固一矿实现高效的安全生产具有积极的意义。

Abstract:The north wing of Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine is characterized by deep roadway,thick alluvium,thin bedrock,large ground pressure and intense mine pressure.At present,the mining depth of the mine has reached about 650 m.With the gradual increase of mining depth,the mine pressure appears to increase,and the floor is mostly soft rock,which causes the problem of roadway floor heave to become increasingly prominent,brings a lot of maintenance work to the mine,and seriously restricts the safety production of Zhaogu No.1 Mine.Based on the summary of the mechanism and types of floor heave in Zhaogu No.1 Mine,the prevention and control methods of floor heave are studied,and the control method of floor birdcage anchor cable + floor grouting supporting is tested through engineering examples.Based on the observation and comparative analysis of different methods of prevention and control of floor heave,the floor birdcage anchor cable + floor grouting support can fundamentally solve the floor heave phenomenon in the north wing area of Zhaogu No.1 Mine,which has a positive significance for the realization of efficient safety production in Zhaogu No.1 Mine.
