摘    要:分析了机械零件残余应力的产生原因和应力腐蚀开裂的基本条件,通过实验论述了残余应力对腐蚀开裂的影响,为控制已加工表面的残余应力提供了理论依据.

Research on the Formation of Residual Stress and Its Influence on Corrosion Cracking

Abstract:The causes of residual stress of machine components and the basic conditions of stress corrosion cracking were analyzed in this paper. The influence of residual stress on corrosion cracking is expounded by experiments. A theoretical basis for controlling finished surfaces was provided.
