| 摘 要： | 通过分析有ＥＲＰ系统存在的问题,提出了并行工程的企业资源计划思想（ＣＥ－ＥＲＰ）及其实现原理,集中说明了ＣＥ－ＥＲＰ中主调度过程的Ｐｅｔｒｉ网模型以及过程改变时模型的适应性。
