| Abstract: | sing upper bound method, this paper analysed tube bulging process with external pressure ontube wall along base axis and counterbulging metal. It presented mechanical and deformation flow models. Also it deduced a formula to calculate forming load. The views of point resulted from the paper were comparedwith experiments, which are valuable to refer in production of bulging technology. |
