| 摘 要： | 通过分析华中电网ＡＧＣ现行控制模式，指出联络线和频率偏差控制（ＴＢＣ）模式是解决现有问题的较好方式。在此基础上提出了“电网ＡＧＣ分层控制”的新观点，结合华中电网的实际情况，探讨了进一步提高电网频率质量的分层ＴＢＣ控制方案。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the practical AGC mode of Central China Power Grid CCPG ,this paper points out that tie line bias control TBC mode is the better operation mode for solving actual problems.The hierarchical AGC mode is newly proposed. With the actual conditions of CCPG,the hierarchical TBC schemes are recommended for improving frequency quality. |
