| 摘 要： | 介绍了宝钢集团一钢公司不锈钢工程大型全自动快速分析实验室控制系统的组成,包括硬件构成、网络配置和软件解决方案等。分析室采用自动控制方案和分级控制策略,块样和渣样的整个分析过程无需人为干预,实现了全自动分析,是目前自动化程度较高的冶金炉前快速分析室。 |

| Abstract: | Control system for large and full-automatic quick analysis lab of stainless steel engineering in Baosteel Group Shanghai No 1 Iron and Steel Co Ltd is introduced.Hardware component,network configuration and software solution of the system are described.Full-antomatic control scheme and classification control strategy were adopted in this system.Aanlysis process of steel sample and slag sample is full-automatic and has not to be intervened by operator,and full-automatic analysis was realized.Now,it is a front quick analysis lab with higher level of automation. |
