Research of Intellectual Property Right Strategy and Standardization Strategy in the Field of Machinery & Electrical Products Design

In connection with the importance of intellectual property right in China,and the influence of produce socialization and internationalization on machinery ＆ electrical products design,this paper puts forwards the view that the consciousness of intellectual property right and the consciousness of standardization should be put into design strategy from direction of design management,and puts forwards the intellectual property right strategy and standardization strategy which fit for today＇s machinery ＆ electrical products design also.Property right strategy,it discusses the enterprises should order the rules of intellectual property right and develop the machinery ＆ electrical products which Intellectual property right belong to the enterprise itself.About the standardization strategy,it discusses the inside strategy and outside strategy of machinery ＆ electrical products enterprises clearly.
