数字控制逆变焊机抗干扰技术设计研究

详细论述了来自焊机系统内部和外部的各种电气干扰，并在电路设计、PCB制板和程序编制的过程中采取了相应的措施。在硬件抗干扰方面阐述了焊机主机箱的抗干扰、单片机最小系统的抗干扰、电源抗干扰和PCB抗干扰等措施，在软件抗干扰方面给出了软件冗余技术、软件陷阱技术、数字滤波和“看门狗”技术等。实践证明，这些抗干扰措施有效地解决了焊机控制系统的干扰问题。

Application of MCU anti-disturbing technique in ACPMIG arc welding power source

Various electric disturbing coming from arc welder interior and exterior are introduced in this paper,and some measures are taken aiming at circuit design,PCB making and programming.In the hardware with anti-disturbing,case of arc welder,single chip minimum system,power source and PCB are expounded.In the software with anti-disturbing,a lot of methods are introduced,such as software redundancy technique,software trap technique,digital filter technique,Watchdog Timer(WDT) technique and so on.Throughout testing,these anti-disturbing measures effectively account for problem coming from arc welder control system.
